    I am so sad and disappointed :(
    I went to Kota Damansara branch on 11/11/2013 after 2pm for the previous mango series.
    But when I asked, the staff there told us that no more previous mango series. Okay, never mind since there are new mango series but the staff said new series are not available yet.
    This make me more disappointed.
    Can you please make announcement before you stop or change the series?
    I always follow all of your news in Facebook and I knew that the new series are coming but you didn’t mention anything about stopping the previous series.
    The chance of going to Snow Flake is one in a thousand for me. Previous series stopped selling but how about the new series? Why are the new series are still not available even though you had announced that they are available???? It is very disappointing :’(
    Not only that, please update the notices at the counter from time to time. The notice showed that few types of balls were sold out but why were they available when my friend ordered???
    If the new series of magnificent mango are not available yet, please put the notice which show “coming soon” but not the one as above.
    Although the problems above might not be any big issues but the small detail things might make people unhappy easily.
